Our balloons are purchased from a wholesalers who ensure that they provide quality and long lasting balloons. Therefore prices may vary in the required design, but quality is still present. Purchasing quality balloons ensure that they are lasting for your event and last past the event itself. When enquiring about a balloon ( via the Contact Form), please be sure to give us as much as detail as possible to ensure that the preview we create for free is as close as possible to the deign in which your wishing to purchase. Previews will be sent to you to see what we have created with the vision in which you require. Things on the preview can be changed and adjusted as needed to ensure that we create as close to the vision you have and you are happy with it before purchasing. Once we have agreed on the desired preview and you have confirmed it is how you wish to have it, it is then not able to be changed as stock will need to be ordered as soon as possible to ensure it can be delivered in time for the event. We use a weight in order to keep the balloon stable from either falling over or floating off. This will be made out of either sand or water. We will inform you on collection what weight it is your balloon display. So please mindful of this when moving or dismantling your Balloons when they have served their purpose.
