Shipping policy

DELIVERY

We charge £3.99 shipping and use Royal Mail. If you choose 'Collect From Store' during checkout process, then you must collect from 35 Whistlefish Court, Norwich, Norfolk. 

 

RETURNS 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of you receiving your order. Items returned need to be returned in the condition they were sent with all packaging for a full refund of the item, this does not include postage. We do not cover return postage.

Please note sale items, gift vouchers and wax melts are non-returnable. 

If the items are faulty when you receive them, you must notify us upon receipt of faulty goods.
It is recommended that royal mail signed for be used as proof of posting. Upon receiving back of the goods, we will conduct an inspection and if the goods are found to be faulty, we will proceed with the refund and any postage charge required.
Any returns lost in the mail service ant Royal Mail are not the responsibility or liability of our business, it is you the consumer that must file a claim with the courier service themselves.

All made to order or personalised items purchased are also non-returnable, unless they are faulty then may be replaced.
