As this product is made to order and personalised to your requirements, it is non-returnable and non-refundable. Refunds or replacements will only be offered in the unlikely event that the item is faulty.

🎈Balloon Deposits: Please note that if this is a Balloon Deposit it is non refundable. The deposit paid will be taken off the end value of the balloon as discussed. Please note that any Balloons that fail to be fully paid for before the time required could lead to you not receiving the balloon or set up, or may even result in you still being charge full for it despite the requested date passing. When checking out, please be sure to select ' STORE PICKUP ‘ so you don’t get charged for delivery.
